We here at Donnie Brown Weddings & Events could not be more excited for what this year has to offer! The countdown is on for our 2014 brides, not only are we busy planning their weddings but some of their preliminary bridal events too!
When a woman gets engaged she doesn’t just think about the man and the wedding day, she dreams of the entire wedding experience. The whole wedding experience includes her bachelorette party, his bachelor party, an engagement party and a bridal shower, where she will be surrounded by her favorite female family & friends.
I love events that are classic and have the ability to remain beautiful over decades, that’s why I am loving the brides-to-be that are doing elegant bridal showers that are just to die for! One in particular I love is a CoCo Chanel inspired bridal shower, here is how you can pull one off:
The Bride’s Outfit: Look gorgeous and classic in white (of course)! With a statement shoe and accessories you will certainly be feeling the love!

The Cake: You can do a gorgeous larger display cake and then have small cupcakes that each guest would love to eat but might not because of how gorgeous they are! CoCo would be proud!

The Flowers & Decor: Keep it simple and clean. Small tight arrangements around a long shaped table would look fabulous. A play with color and texture against the black & white will do wonders for that table.
